RETURN POLICY
In case you wish to return a product you bought please follow the procedure below.
Initially you can do it within 15 calendar days from the day of receipt of your order and for any reason (either exchange or refund).
One necessary condition for the successful realization of the return is the product to be delivered to our warehouse in excellent condition including the special markings (cards) as well as with the receipt or invoice of the returned order.
IF YOU WISH TO RETURN ANY PRODUCT, WE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:
1. PRODUCT CHANGE:
For orders from Greece:
Contact us at aris@crossoverbrand.com by writing the order number and the change you want to make.
Place the items you wish to return and the receipt in their original packaging.
When you receive the new order from ACS Courier* as requested, deliver the parcel with the products to be returned to the courier.

In case of change for which the customer is to blame, the standard charge of 5 € is imposed for the cost of the new shipment.
For orders from Cyprus:
Contact us at aris@crossoverbrand.com by writing the order number and the change you want to make.
Place the items you wish to return and the receipt in their original packaging.
Deliver the parcel to be returned to ACS Courier * at the recipient’s expense without refund.

In the case of a change for which the customer is to blame, the standard charge of € 12 is imposed for the cost of the new shipment.
After we receive the products to be returned, we will send you the new order with the changes you requested.
* IF YOU MAKE YOUR RETURN WITH ANY OTHER TRANSPORT COMPANY THEN YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE RETURN COSTS.
2. MONEY REFUND:
Contact us at aris@crossoverbrand.com by writing the order number and stating that you want a REFUND. Also choose the refund method you want. At the moment the following two possibilities are given:
Refund will be send to PayPal account with the process of sending money of the specific application.
By depositing in an account in any Hellenic Bank account.
Then place the items you wish to return and the receipt in their original packaging.
Deliver the parcel to be returned to ACS Courier * at the recipient’s expense without refund.

* IF YOU MAKE YOUR RETURN WITH ANY OTHER TRANSPORT COMPANY THEN YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE RETURN COSTS.
Please also consider the following terms:
The return process can take 7-15 working days from the moment we receive the return to our warehouse. This is because all returns go through a quality control process. Once the return of your order is checked, we will proceed with the return of your money immediately.
In the event that a defect is found during the quality control of the returned product, we will contact you to resolve the issue.
The refund of the value of the product does not include the cost of shipping and cash on delivery.
